Wow, it was pretty neck-and-neck there. But It looks like April 25th has it. I'm going to a musical that night (woohoo!), so let's say, 2-6, with an extension possible if there's need for more time on the tables.
As before, I'll do some little Thai massage seminars, teaching poses and sequences that are easy to do and can have surprising benefit. Others are welcome to demonstrate massage/energywork techniques as well.
Something that seems to catch people off-guard is that these parties take a while to coalesce. Massage generally doesn't generally happen during the first hour, until there's a critical mass of people.
What to bring: Your body for the giving and/or receiving of touch, creams/massage bars/etc you really like, anyone at all you'd like to share the experience with, a massage table if you've got one, fingerfoods to share...
What to do: Ask for the touch you want, ask to learn things you want to learn, give feedback, enjoy!
What not to do: Touch without asking first, sexualize the space, smoke in the house.
Where to be: Moosecasa (onstreet parking, no permits required). Second floor for kidspace and clothed massage, third floor for clothing-optional massage.
What to wear: Yoga pants or other clothes that allow free movement (not, for example, jeans), if you intend to try Thai massage.
What amuses me: This is the 21st massage party. They've come of age! And yet they're still teetotalers. :P
