backyard gathering, Tuesday 10/17

It's getting nippy out. Trees are turning, barbecues are being stowed for the winter, and Christmas decorations are on sale. It's time for a Moosecasa backyard gathering, a suburban campfire if you will.

I discovered, to my shock, that I have something in common with George Bush: we both like clearing brush. Now it needs to be burned, which rather begs for marshmallows. Given that the last time we attempted an "impromptu bootleg midget circus rehearsal" the Somerville Fire Dept shut us down, this time we're using an outdoor fireplace.

Tuesday the 17th, weather permitting, join us for some barbecue, booze, and brush-burnin'. Show up any time after 6:00. We'll provide some grilling basics and s'mores components. Feel free to bring any additions. Children are not required, but are certainly welcome. :)

If it's rainy Tuesday evening, we'll try for Weds.
