21 pints of peaches
2.5 pints green tomato chutney
4.5 pints bruschetta sauce
3.5 pints wild blueberry jam
3.5 pints pickled wax beans
7 pints roasted red peppers
and by Carl, 21 pints of peach and tomatilla salsas.
Only the green tomatoes came from our yard; the rest was obtained in bulk or, in the case of the berries, picked ourselves.
I know, some of you do more than that, and some of you freeze MUCH more than that. But I'm pretty pleased with it.
Not as pleased as I am by our garden, though! ( The final tally of what we've gotten from our backyard this year: )
